Change your collection date

If you need to update the collection date you originally provided in your payout and collection details, just fill out the Change Collection ticket form. Be sure to include your collection number so we can locate your booking. Changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled collection date (Mon-Fri).

Please note: requesting a new date is not guaranteed and is subject to buyer confirmation. This may result in a loss of sale.
