Does Sofalistic provide an ETA for collections / deliveries?
Once your collection or delivery is confirmed, you’ll receive a 2–3 hour time window the evening before your scheduled date.
Please note this window is an estimate only and may change slightly due to traffic, road conditions, or earlier jobs on the route. To help you plan, the driver will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
It’s important that you’re available for the entire time window, as our drivers complete multiple collections and deliveries throughout the day and we’re unable to offer shortened slots. Being available helps ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
