Does Sofalistic provide an ETA for collections / deliveries?
Once you confirm a collection or delivery, it’s important that you’re available for the entire duration of the time slot. We are unable to offer shortened time windows, as our delivery team handles multiple collections and deliveries throughout the day. However, you will receive an estimated arrival time (ETA) on the morning of your scheduled collection or delivery, giving you a clearer idea of when to expect our team. Additionally, the drivers will call you when they’re on their way—usually 30 to 60 minutes before arrival.
To ensure smooth and timely collections and deliveries, customers must be available throughout the entire window you have selected. Thank you for your cooperation!
