How and when do I get paid?
Funds are normally released within 48 hours of delivery, unless a dispute is raised. If a dispute occurs, you’ll be notified within that same 48-hour window. Once released, payments are sent via Faster Payments, meaning they will usually arrive in your bank account the same day.
Our payment system is powered by Stripe, a highly regarded platform trusted by thousands of businesses, from small enterprises to global companies. Stripe ensures your details remain secure and are only used to transfer your earnings directly to your account. Please be aware that payments can only be made via direct deposit to a bank account.
If your payment has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please raise a ticket and we will be happy to assist you.
