How and when do I get paid?
Funds are normally released within 48 hours of delivery, unless a dispute is raised. If a dispute occurs, you’ll be notified within that same 48-hour window. Once released, payments are sent via Faster Payments, meaning they will usually arrive in your bank account the same day.
Deliveries normally complete within 7 days from collection but can take up to 14 days in some instances. You will be notified as soon as we have a delivery date set for your buyer and will be kept informed throughout the entire delivery process.
If your payment has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please raise a ticket and we will be happy to assist you.
