How do I reschedule delivery?
Once a delivery date has been agreed between you and the seller, we strongly recommend keeping it. Changing the date can lead to delays—or even cancellation—if the new date doesn't work for the seller. Remember, sellers often make arrangements to be available, including taking time off work.
If you do need to reschedule, please raise a support ticket and select “Reschedule Delivery.” Our team will do their best to coordinate a new date with the seller.
Important: We’re unable to make changes if the delivery is due in less than 36 hours.
