How do I reschedule my collection?
Once your sofa collection is booked and confirmed it is quite tricky to reschedule not only from a logistical point of view, but remember the buyer has already made plans to be available for the delivery too. It may be possible if more than 72 hours notice is given, but we wouldn’t be able to guarantee this and you could be at risk a cancelled sale / collection.
If your collection is within 24 hours the delivery has already been added to the next day’s route and cannot be changed without incurring a cancellation fee.
Alternatively, is there someone you trust who could assist with the collection on your behalf? Our logistics team should notify you via a phone call 30 to 45 minutes before arriving to help you coordinate. If needed, we can include additional contact details in the collection notes to ensure everything runs smoothly—just let us know.
If you your collection is more than 48 hours you can try and change your collection date and we will work with you and your buyer to see if this can be arranged.

Make a claim
In the event that there has been damage to an item or property during the collection or delivery, please raise a claim. We will work with the logistics partner to find a resolution within 14 days of the claim being raised. Raise a new claim.
Will you pickup my items and store it until it sells?
