When you check out and commit to purchase an item, you’ll be asked to select your preferred delivery date. This will generate a 10 day delivery window. Your payment is pre-authorised only—you won’t be charged unless the seller confirms the sale.
The seller is instantly notified via SMS and email and has 48 hours to respond. If they don’t confirm within that timeframe, the order is automatically cancelled and your funds will be released.
If the seller confirms the sale, they’ll choose one of the optimal collection dates that meets your delivery window timeframe. That date will be automatically booked for delivery. If none of the selected dates work for the seller, they’ll suggest two alternative dates. Once a date is agreed, the booking is confirmed.
The night before your confirmed delivery date, you’ll receive a 2-3-hour ETA window, and your item will be delivered by our trusted two-person delivery team, straight to the room of your choice.
