What happens after I checkout and commit to buy?

When you check out and commit to purchase an item, you’ll be asked to select up to five preferred delivery dates. Your payment is pre-authorised only—you won’t be charged unless the seller confirms the sale.

The seller is instantly notified via SMS and email and has 48 hours to respond. If they don’t confirm within that timeframe, the order is automatically cancelled and your funds will be released.

If the seller confirms the sale, they’ll choose one of your preferred delivery dates. That date will be automatically booked for delivery. If none of your selected dates work for the seller, they’ll suggest two alternative dates for you to choose from. Once a date is agreed, the booking is confirmed.

On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a 1-hour ETA window, and your item will be delivered by our trusted two-person delivery team, straight to the room of your choice.
