All sales on Sofalistic are final for both buyers and sellers. Please ensure your sofa is available before accepting a sale. Cancelling a sale after confirming the sale is not allowed by Sofalistic and may result in your listings being unpublished or your account being blocked. Additionally, if you cancel, the item cannot be re-listed on Sofalistic out of respect for the original buyer.
By submitting your payout details, you, as the seller, agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Didn’t confirm a sale in time? Let us know, and we’ll contact the buyer to see if the sale can be reinstated.
