When do you collect and deliver items?
When placing an order, buyers select their preferred delivery date at checkout. This gives an estimated delivery window rather than a fixed day.
Once this is chosen, we automatically send the seller a set of optimal collection dates that allow the delivery to take place within the buyer’s selected window.
Our logistics partner will usually collect the item on the seller’s preferred collection date. From there, the item moves through the delivery network towards the buyer.
In most cases, delivery takes around 7 days from collection, but it can take up to 10 days depending on the seller’s availability for collection and logistics scheduling.
Both buyers and sellers are kept fully informed throughout the process. The seller will also be notified of the expected delivery date a few days after the item has been collected.
