When do you collect and deliver items?

We use a third party logistics partner and typically collections happen in the morning and deliveries in the afternoon. However, below is what we require from you when your item is booked in for either delivery or collection:

Collections:
For collections our logistic partners ask that you are available 7am -4pm. On the day we will receive a 1 hour ETA which we can share with you. You will also receive a call from the drivers when they are 30 minutes away and also a tracking link when they are coming to you next.

Deliveries:
For deliveries our logistic partners ask that you are available 8am -8pm. On the day we will receive a 1 hour ETA which we can share with you. You will also receive a call from the drivers when they are 30 minutes away and also a tracking link when they are coming to you next.
