Understanding Dismantle Fees
When confirming your sale, you’ll have the option to select “Dismantle Required.” This option should only be chosen if your item needs to be taken apart before collection — for example, if it won’t fit through a doorway or needs to be disassembled for safe transport. For things like, feet unscrewing, or simply lifting / detaching corner items, dismantling generally isn't required.
If you select this option, a dismantle fee will apply. This fee covers the additional time and work required by our delivery partners to safely dismantle your item before collection.
Important: The dismantle fee is deducted directly from your final payout once the sale is completed. You won’t be charged upfront — it’s simply taken from the total amount you receive after delivery is confirmed.
