If your item hasn’t yet been confirmed by the seller, you may be able to cancel your order. To do so, please raise a support ticket and select “Cancel Order.” We’ll do our best to process the cancellation as quickly as possible. While we can’t guarantee it will happen before the seller confirms, we’ll make every effort to cancel in time.
Please note: When you commit to buy, the seller’s item is immediately removed from the site. That means they can’t sell it to anyone else. Many sellers are on tight timelines—moving house or making space for a new item—so cancelled orders can leave them in a difficult position.
