How do I raise a dispute?

You will need to Raise a Dispute within 48 hours of delivery. You will be guided through what information is required to raise a dispute. 

What happens once I raise a dispute?
Our dispute team reviews the case and notifies the seller within 48 hours. Funds are held until we have independently review your case.  We will ask the seller for their response and any evidence that they can use to support their case. Additionally, we will also reach out to our logistics partners to obtain any additional information where required to help us make our final decision. 

What resolutions are available?
  1. Partial refund for minor issues
  2. Full return and refund for significant misdescription
  3. Case closure in favour of the seller if the sofa is deemed to match the listing description and listing condition specifications. 
How long does a dispute take to resolve?
Most disputes are resolved within 7 working days, depending on evidence provided by both parties.
