What happens if the delivery team is delayed?
In rare cases where delays occur, Sofalistic or the logistic partner will notify you as soon as possible. Deliveries are normally completed by 19:00pm on the scheduled day. If a delay extends beyond this, you’ll be updated with options for the next available delivery window, normally the very next morning - however, we will work with you to find the next best time for the delivery.
