If you’d like to know more about a specific item, you now have the ability to message the seller directly using our built-in messaging feature. Messaging on our marketplace keeps personal details safe (no phone numbers, emails, or addresses should be shared).
If you haven’t registered yet, you’ll need to create an account first in order to send and receive messages.
We understand buying furniture is a big decision and questions are completely normal. Sellers should aim to respond within 48 hours and they do get notified immediately of new messages, but please note that items remain available for purchase during this time. Because all items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, we’re unable to place items on hold while questions are being asked.

At this moment in time we don’t facilitate private collections. We provide a professional, fully insured delivery and collection service with a two man delivery team, delivered to the room of your choice.
